He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his grandson Jacob D. Freybler. He is survived by: his sons, Louis Jr. (Connie), Donald (Jeanne), Steven (Lisa) and Jim (Diane); his grandchildren, Amanda (Chuck), Brandon (Michelle), Kelsey, Kaley (Jeremy), Emma (Jeremy), Nick (Marin) and James (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Lucas, Kate, Bridget, Ellenor, Cecelia, Charlotte, Eugene, Ruby, Isla, Casper, Daphne, Stella, Josie, Tate and Aria; and his sister Barbara Leonard.
