He was predeceased by: his daughter Brooke Blake; his parents, Lyle Sr. Breen and Hazel Breen; his sister Linda Monroe; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Alice York.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Breen; his son Travis Breen; his grandchildren, Brody Blake, Brady Blake, Bella Blake and Lily Breen; his son-in-law Rob Blake (Nicole); his sister Darlene Hollerback (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Kenyon (Dale), Bruce York (Kim) and Tom York (Laveda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
