He was predeceased by: his stepfather Michael W. Clark. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Clark; his brother Cody Clark; his grandmother Ruth Lester; his children, Damien, Dominick, Jazmyn, Brandon and Gage; and his grandchildren, Kamden, Jasper, Paisley and Fawn.
