He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Patricia Johnson (Rossman); and his brother Scott Johnson. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Audrey Phillips (Cutter), Tim Astras and Paul Astras (Melissa); his grandchildren, Josh, Samantha, Nikki, Eli, Logan, Alex, Addison, Skylar, Savannah and Cayden; and his brothers, Devon Ising (Ollie), Curt Johnson (Anne), Carl Johnson (Sherry) and Chris Johnson (Melany). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
