He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Koehn and Betty Koehn. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Koehn (Gutowski); his children, Michelle Pankratz (Brian), Kevin Koehn (Heather), Melissa Brower (Seth) and Emiley Koehn; his grandchildren, Dakoda Pankratz, Reese Pankratz, Daniel Vaughn, Madison Pankratz and Matthew Vaughn; his great grandchildren, Hudson Pankratz, Noah Pankratz and Aaron Pankratz; and his sister Diane Novak (John). He is also survived by in-laws, extended family, and friends.
