She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her son Steven; her brother Tom Cornell; and her brothers-in-law, Jack Fitzsimmons, John Cook, Don Cook, Harold Murphy and Bill Quarandillo.
She is survived by: her children, David Cook (Mary), James Cook (Carol) and Kim Stickland (David); her siblings, Joyce Hawkins (Dick), Ray Cornell (Mary) and Margaret Fitzsimmons; and her sisters-in-law, Kathryn Murphy, Mary Lynne Quarandillo and Linda Cook. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
