He is survived by: his wife Sonnie Sullivan; his children, Jenna, Madison, Holly and Matthew Jr.; his grandchildren, Thurlo Seeley and Wynter Iris; his siblings, Ben Sullivan and Missy Gregory; and his parents, Joe Sullivan and Sue Underhill.
