She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Venema and Anna Venema (Westerman); her stepmothers, Arta and Johanna; her siblings, Harriet DeJong (Roy), Thersa Peters (Herbert), John Venema (Virginia), Rev. Henry Venema (Audrey), Rev. Richard Venema (Carrie) and Rev Alvin Venema; her siblings-in-law, Martha Bel (Tennyson), Geraldine Vanden Berg (Arie), Gerry Dykstra (Louis), Patricia Ryan (Francis), Dr Leonard C. Jr. (Doris), James (Arliene) and Henry Vander Linde (Mary); her nephew Warren Pranger; Doug DeJonge and Larry Brinks.

She is survived by: her husband Marlowe Pranger; her stepchildren, Nancy and Kerry; her children, Dr. Donald Vander Linde Jr. (Donna) of Grand Rapids, MI, Douglas Vander Linde (Julie) of Norcross, GA and Patricia Waanders of Springdale, AR.; her sisters-in-law, Norma Venema and Nijole Venema; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Stephen, Johanna, Elizabeth Hamersma (Tyler), Alexander (Brooke), Ashley, Aaron, Alexia Vander Linde, Bethany, Tiffany and Duncan Waanders (Kate DeHaan); and her great grandchildren, John, Henry, Silvia, Wilhelm and Reese. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
