She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervyn Boltz and Irene Boltz (Crawford); her parents-in-law, Hal and Christine Conkey; her sisters, Janis Creswell (Richard) and Inez Harger (Walter); her niece Beth Boltz; and her son-in-law Mark Hoekzema.

She is survived by: her husband Archie Conkey; her children, Cindy, Mark Hoekzema, Paul, Kristen Conkey (Asiala), Jodie, Bob Rutgers, Rob, Carmen Conkey (Gehring), Ric and Monique Conkey (Ter Mors); her grandchildren, Tyler Conkey, Lexi Conkey, Ryan Conkey, Megan Hoekzema, Evan Hoekzema (Melodie), Delaney Rutgers (Jay Nadeem), Will Conkey, Rob Rutgers, Sam Conkey and Mikayla Rutgers; her great grandchildren, Nora Hoekzema, Naomi Hoekzema, Mila Hoekzema, Archie Cerajewski, Laila Scott, Mila Scott and Ivy Williams; and her brother Melvin Boltz (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
