He is survived by: his wife Janet Kay Riggle (Bruce); his sons, David Troy Riggle (Sherrie) and Tom James Riggle (Leann); and his siblings, Carl E. Riggle (Debra) and Susan M. Riggle-Waterson (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
