He was predeceased by: his mother June Marie Bouwhuis; and his brother Richard "Rick" Bouwhuis. He is survived by: his father Richard (Bonnie Bouwhuis); his siblings, Suzanne Bouwhuis, Christopher (Ewa Bouwhuis), Margaret (Greg Thompson) and Elizabeth Bouwhuis (Robert Alferink); his siblings' children, Jennifer, Theresa, Zachary, Seth, Amanda, Lance, Paul, Rebecca, Jessica, Alisha, Monika, Cassandra, Megan, Melissa and Austin; and his close friends, Ken and Dan. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
