He was predeceased by: his daughter Savannah Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Grant Cook (Ellen) and Kyle Cook; the mother of his children Renee Cook; his grandchildren, Emily and Owen Cook; his siblings, Tom Cook (Carol) and Suzy Cook (Tom Nauta); and his girlfriend Ann Wikman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home (3980 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
