With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael D. Sapp Sr. (Grand Rapids, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Sapp and Dennis Sapp; his wife Antoinette Sapp; his brother Daniel; his grandson Tyler; and his great grandchild Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Michael [Tracy] Sapp, Michaelle [Michael] Kiliszewski and Lisa [Jay] Pruett; his grandchildren, Jordan [Anthony] Naperola, Taylor [Ron] Fowkes, Nichole [Dom] Groenveld and Ashlee [Tom] Siedlecki; his great grandchildren, Theo, Grayson, Layla, Ella, Spencer, Trenton and Patience; and his brothers, Pat and Scott Sapp.
In honor of his legacy, the family asks that donations be made to PAWS with a Cause or Emmanuel Hospice, who provided exceptional care in Michael's final weeks on earth.
