He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Melvin Luter and Shirley Luter (Malloy). He is survived by: his wife Ronda Tobey; his children, Jaclyn Oosting (Robert) and Nicholas Luter (Isabelle Langlois); and his siblings, David Luter (Nancy) and Michelle Storrs (Russ). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
