He is survived by: his parents, Michael Powers and Ruth Penning; his stepfather Gerald Penning; his brothers, John Penning, Patrick Penning (Angela) and Sean Penning; and his nieces and nephews, Kayden, Jayden, Sydney, Trinity and Raiven. He is also survived by his family and friends.
