She is survived by: her daughter Michaela Denise; her wife Angela Renea McIntosh; her father Dennis Thornburg (Michelle); her brother Matthew Thornburg (Ellie Tinney); her grandparents, Dale Thornburg (Valerie), Marquerite Cruickshank (Dale) and Larry Birgy; her aunts and uncles, Dale Thornburg, Steve Birgy, Tom Birgy (Kathy) and David Birgy; and her cousins, Jessica, Tyler, Tanner, Thad (Katie) and Alyssa (Dillon).
