Though Michele may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl DeSimone and Genevieve DeSimone (Jemar). She is survived by: her children, Ken Farmer, Bryan Farmer and Shawn Tomlin; and her grandchildren, Zoe Farmer, Ben Farmer, Pierce Farmer, Meredith Farmer, Leah Tomlin and Devany Tomlin. She is also survived by two sisters and many nieces and nephews.
