He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Karel, Pat McCloskey, Ron Bloom, Ken Cox, David Brondsema, Leon and Kathy Siekman.
He is survived by: his children, Connor Bernard, Levi James and Millie Kay; his wife Rachel; his parents, Carrie Ann McCloskey and John Brondsema; his in-laws, Steve and Judy Siekman; his siblings, Kelly McCloskey, Kerry Leigh James (Austin), Danielle Moon (Steve), Johnny Brondsema (Ashley), Caden McCloskey, Breck McCloskey and Bodie McCloskey; his brother-in-law Ben Siekman (Alli); and his grandparents, Vernell Bloom, Karen Cox-Salesky, Dianne Brondsema and Edie Muraski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
Contributions in his memory may be made to Northpointe Christian School for the education of the McCloskey children.
