It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Knight of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred Knight to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harm DeWent and Hilda DeWent; her husband Loren; her great grandchild Marie Knight; and her children-in-law, Gary Grooters and Sharon Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Grooters, Cary Knight, Darlene Lawrence, Marcia "Marti" Knight, Bill Knight (Diana) and Dan Knight (Paula); her sister Helen Helmholdt; and her sister-in-law Marge DeWent. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
