He is survived by: his wife Judy Sernick; his children, Dan Sernick (Denise) and Barbara Gerson (Mark); his grandchildren, David Sernick (Bonnie White), Natalie Blauer (Gabriel), Rachel Gerson (Evan Follmar) and Eric Gerson; his great grandchildren, Luna, Desmond and Marlo Blauer; his brother-in-law Dan Brink (Patricia); and his nieces and nephews, Susan O'Flaherty (Jeremiah), Molly Brink-Hof (Tracy), Larry Sernick (Cathy) and Jeffrey Sernick (Brenda).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Milt and Judy Sernick Musicians Fund at Temple Emanuel or the charity of your choice.
