He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kubala and Ann Kubala; and his sister Blanche Paulsen. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kubala; and his daughter Kimberly Dawn Kubala.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (2900 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rosedale Memorial Garden (50 Lake Michigan Dr, Grand Rapids, MI 49534).
