He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Kuperus and Arlene Kuperus (Talma); his parents-in-law, John and Marge Stroo; his siblings, Trina Tolman (Louis), Florence Prinzen (Henk), Anita Collins (Bob), John Kuperus, Henny Sytsema (Casey), Simmie Perri (Ben) and Dorothy Kuperus; and his in-laws, Peter Borgdorff and Elaine Stroo.
He is survived by: his wife Glennys Stroo; his children, Erin Griffin (John) and Kevin Kuperus (Mary); his granddaughter Laura Griffin; his siblings, Wilma VandenAkker (Adrian), Pete Kuperus (Shirley), Janet Borgdorff and Jaltina Kehr (Rick); and his in-laws, Annette Kuperus and John Stroo (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hillcrest Christian Reformed Church (3617 Hillcrest Rd, Hudsonville, MI 49426). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be given to Hillcrest Benevolence or David's House Ministries.
