She is survived by: her children, Dawn Scribner, Carol Black (Jeff), Kenneth McLain and Ross McLain (Denise); her grandchildren, Daniel House (Caitlyn), David Young, Brian Young (Jeanna), Seth Young, Jackii Mabee, Johnny Suttorp (Lexxi), Amanda Barbour (Nick), Derrick McLain and Brittany McLain; and her great grandchildren, Reece, Memphis, Gracelynn, Kyran, Willow, Ollie, Teddy, Dominick and Kelvin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of her love for learning and compassion for others, memorial donations may be made to the Cedar Springs Public Library or the American Cancer Society.
