She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Roth Sr. and Edith Roth; and her husband Robert Kuyers. She is survived by: her brother William A. Roth Jr. (Dorothy); her nephew Steven Lenhard (Penny); and her nieces, Kathryn Neely (Gary) and Susan Wegener.
