She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavonna Kvapil and Anton Kvapil. She is survived by: her sister Ruth Ann; her husband David Perkins; her children, Dave, Lisa and Marc; her grandchildren, Jared and Teagan; and her sister Barbara. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (6865 W Forest Lawn Rd, Three Oaks, MI 49128).
