He was predeceased by: his sister Pam Meade. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Meade; his children, Jenifer Golden (Rodney), Stephanie Wilkerson (Jerrell), Delcie Virella and Paul Howell (Robert); his siblings, Diane Permenter and Michael Vincent; and his great grandchild Oliver Stark. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
