She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ellsworth and Shirley Ellsworth; her husband Leonard Werner; her brother Grant Ellsworth; and her brother-in-law Ron Murphy.
She is survived by: her sister Della Murphy; her sister-in-law Barbara Ellsworth; and her nieces and nephews, Larry Murphy, Jay Ellsworth, Peri Murphy (James Ager), Deborah Albrecht (Gary) and Cynthia DeBoer (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Park Presbyterian Church or Emmanuel Hospice.
