She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her daughter Mary Kay (Tom Vanden Toorn); her daughter-in-law Joni Kuieck; her grandchildren, Peter, Jacqui Vanden Toorn, Matthew, Jennifer Vanden Toorn, Benjamin Vanden Toorn (Courtlyn Hanson), Stephanie, Josh Walker, Samantha, Cassie Taylor and Ashleigh Kuieck; and her brother Paul (Marcia Vander Klok). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
