He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norman Lee and Dorsie Lee; and his brother Scott Lee. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Lee; his sons, Oscar, Harvey and Otis; his parents, Arnold Lee and Kristin Lee; and his siblings, Jamie Lee, Karla Barberi, Andrea Crudder, Katherine Kehoe, Rachel Lee, Denise Gunn, Mike Lee and Jennifer Wright-Veltman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
