He was predeceased by: his parents, Leota Foster and Almond Foster; his stepmother Patricia; and his former wife Regina Foster. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Foster; his children, Elizabeth Sexton (Danny), Victoria Davis (James), Steven Foster and Juliana Peer (John); his stepdaughter Tina DeVires (Ryan); and his siblings, Peggy Phillips (David) and Paul Foster. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
