He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Flickinger; and his son Doug. He is survived by: his daughter Kindy Segovia (Gil); his daughter-in-law Beth Covey; his grandchildren, Andrea Bray (Mike), Alyssa Skolasky (Luke), Merideth Muthleb (Mike) and Nevin Covey; and his great grandchildren, Everett, Ethan, Calvin, Grady, Keller and Jason.
