She is survived by: her significant other Bill Bellairs; her children, Rob Travillian and Heather Travillian (Doug Edick); her brother Terry; her sister-in-law Susan Basom; and her grandchildren, Justin Travillian (Kristina), Jennifer McGlone (Rocky), Nick Porter, Kyle Porter and Sarah Porter. She is also survived by 7 great grand children.
In lieu of flowers, Perk's family asks that donations be made in her memory to Faith Hospice of Michigan, who provided loving, compassionate care for her.
