He was predeceased by: his father Reynaldo Garcia; his brother Reymundo Garcia; and his granddaughter Devin Garcia. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Shepard (Scott) and Sandy Hewitt (Lucas); and his siblings, Reynaldo Garcia, Rosa Cox, Roberto Garcia, Ricardo Garcia (Dawn) and Kelly Kincaid (Brian). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park (1000 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
