He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ransom Milton Westover and Grace Mary Westover. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Hurley (Robert) of Rockford, MI, David Westover of Myrtle Beach, SC, Christopher Westover of Grand Rapids, MI, Laurie Farr (Rob) of Traverse City, MI and Michelle Henry (John) of Danville, CA.. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 29 great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice, whose care and compassion offered comfort and peace in Randy's final days.
