It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond John DeBoer (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard DeBoer and Elizabeth DeBoer; and his brothers, William, Thomas and Gerald.

He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his son Scott DeBoer (Patti); his grandchildren, Stacie Erickson (Zach), Keegan DeBoer (Kaitlin) and Tricia Billiau (Josh); his great grandchildren, Eila, Brynley, Brogan, Brodie, Lochlan, Ainsley and Coira; his sister Mary Pulawski (Joe); and his sister-in-law Alice DeBoer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Emmanuel Hospice.
