Reyes Castro Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijio Castro and Elvira Castro (Flores); his siblings, Benè Perez, Mary "Chelo" Miller, Jo Cortez, Alex, Rudy and Gloria Rocha; his grandson Gabriel S. Rey Castro; and his in-laws, Maurice, Helen Boonstra, Bob Miller, John Boonstra and Rick Boonstra.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Boonstra); his children, Chris, Amalia "Mali" Ream (Robbie), Norton Shores, Veronica Schwarzkopf (Zack) and Serina Willitts (Conner) of Wyoming, MI; his grandchildren, Chiara (Ken), Alyscia, Bianca, Gabriella and Wilfred; his siblings, Ester Sellers (Gene), Ramona Boonstra (Paul) and Fuzz Castro (Pam); and his in-laws, Tony Rocha, Mary Castro, Lois Boonstra, Jane Sprouse and Marjorie Shepard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Mortuaries, Inc. (3525 Remembrance Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary (3525 Remembrance Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534).
