He is survived by: his wife Karen Chapman; his sons, Joe Chapman and Scott Chapman; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Schuelke, Toni Reynolds (Tom) and Sue Davidson (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Katie, Kristyn, Donna and Anthony; and his siblings, Wayne, Bruce, Vickie and Nancy. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and special friends.
