With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Clifford Mankel (Grand Rapids, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilia Mankel (Okhuysen) and LeVern Mankel; his brothers, Gerard and Patrick Mankel; and his in-laws, William Feutz, Rosemary Mankel, Michael Verlin, Laurie Dunning and Mary Stratton.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Richard Mankel (Kimberly), Rebecca Osborn (Robert), Ruthanne High (Joseph), Robin Mankel (Donald Robinaugh) and Rosanne Forquer (Ty); his grandchildren, Robert, Kenneth, James, Kelsey, Landon, Karina, Hadley and Aidan; and his in-laws, Kenneth Mankel (Mary), Margaret Feutz, Thomas Verlin (Debbie), Lisa Johns (Mark), Patrick Dunning and James Stratton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
