He was predeceased by: his wife Julanne Budzynski (Still); his parents, Louis B. Budzynski and Bernice A. Budzynski (Klocko); and his siblings, Louis R. Budzynski (AnnaMay) and Norma J. Wheeler (Frederick).
He is survived by: his children, Rick Budzynski (Glenda) of Columbus, Karen Tachick of Albuquerque and Tom Budzynski of Grand Rapids, Michigan; his grandchildren, DiaMarie Tachick-Stevens (Robert) and Beckie Tachick-Mellen (Andy); his great grandchildren, Alexis Rae and Aaron; and his brother-in-law James Still (Doreen).
