He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Williams and Ruth Williams (Meissner); his son-in-law Harold Phillips; and his brother Randy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Denise Phillips-Meyer (Matthew) and Richard Carl Williams; his grandchildren, Carey Ann, Nathan Richard, Aaron Bradley and Taylor Zachary Phillips; his sister Pam Wescot (Greg); and his brother-in-law Carl Harig.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Reyers North Valley Chapel (2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505).
