He was predeceased by: his son Jimmy Scott; and his brothers, Dick and Jerry Bramer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, David, Vicki Bramer, Mary, Scott Jelsma, John and Kim Bramer; his grandchildren, Courtney Moore (Shane), Kelsey Nawrocki (Tyler), Christine VanderBie (Ross), Jessica Stek (Derek), Nick Bramer (Nicole) and Nate Bramer (Riley); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Eloise Moore, Adaline Nawrocki, Cam, Brady VanderBie, Maddy Stek, Everly and Hadley Bramer; his siblings, Sharon Boerman and Dale Bramer; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Bramer, Donna Wiersma (Larry) and Pete Dykstra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
