It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Giles of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Cherie; his niece Sharon Stoddard (Dan); and his close friend Bill Hay.
