He was predeceased by: his great grandchildren, Walker Jarchow, Paisley Gutschke and Jacob Shore; his father Edward Gutschke; his parents-in-law, Oral and MaryJane Stratton; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Jensen (Tom) and Lori Stratton.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Lisa, Byron Shore and Bill Gutschke (Natalie Wright); his grandchildren, Travis Shore (Shannon), Aubrey, Justin Hollman, Haylee, Caleb Jarchow and Caleb Gutschke (Darien Young); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Hollman, Holland Hollman, Henley Hollman, Lainey Jarchow, Westin Jarchow and Malcolm Shore; his mother Viola Gutschke; his siblings, Dennis, Penny Gutschke, David, Patsy Gutschke, Janice and Jay Moore; and his sister-in-law Amy (Jay Olejniczak). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
