He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Maddox and Harland Maddox; his siblings, Douglas Maddox, Joanne Rittenhouse, Nancy Martz-Sorenson, James Maddox and Thomas Maddox; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Maddox (Poel) and James Bayles.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Maddox (Dee), Anita Baker (Dave) and Joe Maddox (Chrissy); his siblings, Jeanne Bayles, Jerome McGraw (Marilyn), Frederick Maddox (Cyndee), Sue Owens, Phil Maddox (Beth) and Dede Briggs; his siblings-in-law, Rob Rittenhouse and Ann Maddox; and his wife Suzy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many very special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to assist with final expenses.
