He is survived by: his wife Dawn Nederveld (Derby); his daughters, Cynthia Beekman (Bill), Pamela Swope (Mike), Kristin Deppen and Kendra Hickox (Tom); his stepdaughters, Dana VanMale and Nicole Vos; his grandchildren, Katie, Nick, Will Beekman, Michael, Riley, Emma, A. J. Swope, Nate, Abby, Zach Deppen, Emily, Mia and Ellie Hickox; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Vos (Heather), Kirstyn and Connor VanMale; his stepgreat-grandchild Mallory Vos; the mother of his children Vita Nederveld; his brother Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Nederveld, Dan, Beverly Derby and Ron Whitfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
