He was predeceased by: his wife Charity; his parents, Dick Teitsma and Kate Teitsma; and his son-in-law Robert Bloodworth. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Bloodworth, Robert Teitsma (Joan) and Karen Vanden Berg (Don). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; a niece and several nephews.
