He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Billock and Gertrude Billock (Hendricks); his wife Patricia Ann; and his grandson Caleb Billock. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Zylstra (Dale), Steven Billock (Bonnie) and David Billock (Susan); his grandchildren, Jason Humes (Becky), Kristine Bowen (Kevin), Steven Billock II (Megan), Bethany Banks (Kristopher), Chelsea Thomas (David), Aubrey Stephens (Shane), Tanner Billock, Landon Billock (Maddie) and Jennifer York (Howard); and his pet Jeepers. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
