He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Minnie; his former wife Kay; and his siblings, Walter, Lillian and Arline.
He is survived by: his wife Sue (Kingma); his sister-in-law Carol; his children, Keith (Ruth), Pam Wiley (Steve), Kevin (Ximena) and Denise Tamminga (Scott); and his grandchildren, Hannah (Joel), Luke (Rachel), Alexis (Heather), Eric, Randal, Marcel (Kelsi), Nathaniel (Sammy), Kathryn and Micah. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and Schepel in-laws.
