He was predeceased by: his former wife Marguerite Upham (Punky); and his parents, Woodrow Upham and Ardis Upham (Fenner) of Midland. He is survived by: his spouse Punky Engle; his son Brian Upham; his daughter-in-law Michelle Webb Upham; his daughter Amy Upham; his granddaughters, Madeleine Upham (Maeve Upham) and Grace Upham; and his siblings, Bonnie Cole (Upham), Ted Upham (Margaret Upham) and Randall Upham. He is also survived by many inlaws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's association in memory of Punky, Mary, Carolyn, and Susan.
