He was predeceased by: his children, Tonya, Bob, Angie and Liz; and his stepchildren, Autum and Brad.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Pawlicki-Siebert; his former wife Laura Siebert; and his sister-in-law Theresa (Steve Borst). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends who were touched by his warmth.
